All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the selected delivery method. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Times and Processing
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping times begin after processing. Please note, delivery estimates may be impacted by external factors such as carrier delays or seasonal surges.
Business Days
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or after hours are processed the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping Only
Shipping Availability
Bipolar Zen currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address.
Certain wellness products may have shipping limitations based on local/state regulations.
4. Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@bipolarzen.shop. We can only make changes or cancellations before the order has shipped.
5. Service Interruptions
Possible Delays
External factors like extreme weather, holidays, or carrier issues may delay your delivery. Bipolar Zen is not responsible for such delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
Claims and Support
If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, or if the tracking information has stalled, contact us at support@bipolarzen.shop. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Tracking Your Order

Tracking updates are typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment. If your tracking hasn’t updated, give it a bit more time, or contact us for support.
